What you buy
Navarre is free to use on your local network. Watching from outside your home is a one-time purchase ($19.99) tied to your account - there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Our promise
Because you can use the entire app for free on your local network before you ever buy, you can evaluate Navarre thoroughly first. If the one-time unlock does not work for you, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no complicated conditions.
How to request a refund
- Bought on our website or in the Windows app (Stripe): email support@navarre.tv from the address on your account within 14 days, and we will refund the purchase to your original payment method.
- Bought in the Android app (Google Play): Google processes these purchases. Refunds within Google Play's window are requested through Google Play; after that window, email support@navarre.tv and we will help where we can. Google's own refund terms also apply.
What happens to remote access after a refund
When we refund your purchase, we revoke your remote-access entitlement, and the Navarre apps stop streaming from outside your local network. Please note: remote access runs over a private network you own and control (your own Tailscale account), so we cannot instantly disable a tunnel on your equipment - we disable the entitlement and the apps enforce it. Local-network use remains free and continues to work.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first - we would rather fix it or refund you than have you file a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a purchase you made and used may result in your entitlement being revoked.
