Delete your Navarre account
You can delete your Navarre account and all of the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: In the app
Open Navarre on any signed-in device and go to Settings -> Delete account. Confirm when prompted, and your account and its associated records are removed.
Option 2: By email
Email support@navarre.tv from the email address on your Navarre account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request comes from the account owner and then process the deletion.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your account and sign-in email;
- your one-time-purchase entitlement;
- any stored credentials (the scoped, encrypted access token that let a paired device reach your server from away);
- your paired-device records.
What Navarre never had
Your media lives on your own server and is never held by Navarre. Your movies, shows, library contents, and viewing history stream directly from your server to your devices and are never uploaded to us - so there is nothing about your media on our side to delete. Deleting your Navarre account does not touch anything on your own server.
Navarre is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Jellyfin project. "Jellyfin" is used only to describe compatibility.
