This email already has remote access. On your Android phone, open the Navarre app and sign in with to watch away from home. A Windows laptop can join too: enter a pairing code from your home PC, either during setup ("I already use Navarre") or later in Settings → Use this PC away from home. If remote is not on yet, enable it on the Windows PC that runs your Jellyfin server, in Navarre → Settings → Watch from anywhere.
